I recently came across several brand new Apple Series 3 Ceramic 42mm Watches (Watches only) from a lost shipment auction I had won. When I took them to the Apple store they confirmed they were legit Apple watches but they had not been programmed and there was nothing they could do for me. Was wondering if anyone can tell me what I could/should do with them now.

If there is no operating system installed then there’s nothing you can do yourself. Only Apple has the equipment yo install watchOS on a blank watch. This is normally done at the factory just before the watches are shipped.
We’re these watches in sealed boxes?

No... They came in five individual boxes within a box. Each individual box had the watch sandwiched in foam with the removable plastic film on the watch itself as shown in photo.

If Apple can’t help you all the watches would be good for is spare parts. What happens if you put the watches on a charger and turn them on?
