Hi, first time user here. I have a random question and not sure this is where to ask. Ever since the day I got my Apple Watch, I've noticed that my iPod nano battery is dead every day...randomly I'll walk by it and it will be on, completely untouched and even with the headphones unplugged. Is this something that my Apple Watch is triggering? If so, how do I turn it off? It's really annoying when I get ready to go for a run and my iPod battery is completely dead.

    Thanks in advance!

Welcome to Apple Watch Forums, JackyB36!
The only devices that the Apple Watch connects to and interacts with are your iPhone and Bluetooth headsets. It can't have any effect on an iPod Nano.

Thanks! I thought it was really strange. Pure coincidence I guess.

Does the iPod Nano battery run down even if you've turned it off?

I've tried turning it off...and mysteriously sometimes I will walk by it and it will be on again. It's not even a year old yet. Really weird.

You may want to take it to an Apple Store Genius Bar to see if they can diagnose the problem. The Genius Bar ppointments are free.
