Hey guys I was wondering if anyone know how or what app to use to monitor your heart rate zones during workouts.

Apple's Workout app shows your heart-rate during a workout. You can view your heart-rate history for each workout in the Activity app on the iPhone. And that's about it for the native apps.

Long ago I had a Garmin (with a chest heart monitor) that would do this. While most exercise apps these days will monitor and record your heart rate, I can't find any that mention notifications/alerts (audible or otherwise) for target heart rates. If you can't find an answer here, you may need to go to the developer sites of some of the more popular apps and ask (if they have feedback/question emails or forums.

I used to use Runmeter, (Cyclemeter, Walkmeter, etc) which offered several voice notifications during workouts; but I don't remember heart rate as being an option.

Sorry not to be more help.
