My fitness pal question

    Hi! I'm new here, but I suppose most of us are. My question is about using the may fitness pal app along side with the AW calorie counter. MFP will calculate how many calories you can consume in order to meet your health goal but asks what your movement level is each day based on four levels. The more you claim you move the more you can eat. Great! But now I have this AW which more accurately counts my movement/calories burned throughout the day. So do I tell MFP that I'm sedentary then add the total calories that the AW calculated I burned that day OR do I tell MFP that I'm active and only input the calories that I burned during my workout that the AW calculated?
